2. The present application has been preferred: in the nature of Mandamus Commanding and directing upon the concerned Respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioner after following due procedure under the RTFCLA
Patna High Court CWJC No.127 of 2024(3) dt.17-03-2026 2/2 RR Act, 2013 for preparation of Award since in the garb of denotification in spite of taking land under physical possession and utilizing the land for Thermal Power since 2010 the compensation amount has not been paid to the petitioner and his family.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if he is allowed to approach the Collector, Aurangabad (respondent no. 3) for the redressal of the grievance.
4. Learned State Counsel has no objection.
5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities who shall be taking the matter to a logical conclusion at an earliest.
