JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 14.3.2018, seeks bail in Mehsi PS Case No. 181 of 2015 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was apprehended merely on suspicion on account of his criminal antecedent of theft, however not a single stolen item has been recovered from his possession and the FIR is against unknown. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Dharmendra Rai @ Mirchaiya @ Dharmendra Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Mehsi PS Case No. 181 of 2015.
