Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Manjhi P.S.Case No.119/19 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, the petitioner is said to have assaulted by Dabia on the informant and there is allegation against the other other persons also of assault.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and the petitioner has also received injuries, which is grievous, that will appear from Anexure4 and the annexure 2 is the injury report of the informant which shows that there is no sharp cut

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-II, Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S.Case No.119 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
