JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Simri P.S.Case No. 236 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Earlier prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 30.01.2018 with an observation to renew his prayer of bail after three months. Now more than five months have passed.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Bimlesh Kumar Rai (Driver), is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Simri P.S.
