2. In terms of order dated 19.11.2019, the Sub Divisional Officer, Bisharsharif and the District Provident Fund Officer, Nalanda are present.

3. 3rd supplementary show cause has also been filed on behalf of the Sub Divisional Officer, Bisharsharif. From the

Patna High Court MJC No.3446 of 2017 dt.21-11-2019 2/2 pleadings and materials on record, the Court finds that the order dated 11.11.2009 passed in CWJC No. 15178 of 2009, has been complied with.

4. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off.

5. Personal appearance of the officers stands dispensed with.

6. However, if the petitioner still finds that any further due amount has remained unpaid or if any discrepancy in the payment made is detected, it shall be open to her to file a detailed representation explaining such defect/claim before the Sub Divisional Officer, Bisharsharif. If the same is done, the officer concerned shall consider the same and get it verified from the records and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If it is found that any further payment is to be made to the petitioner, the same shall also be made within two weeks from the date of passing of the order. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) P.
