The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No.355 of 2018 registered under Section 414 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the petitioner was apprehended along with a stolen motorcycle and he is in custody since 25.12.2018, I am not inclined to grant bail for the present. The application is rejected.

The Jurisdictional Magistrate, Danapur is directed to conclude the trial within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
