Learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.

However, in the event, if the petitioner surrenders on or before 04.01.2023, the learned trial court shall dispose of the case on the same day keeping in mind the fact that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent, allegation against him is general and omnibus in nature, the motorcycle which was seized does not belong to him, allegation of firing is against one Anand and the name of the petitioner was disclosed by the anonymous
