====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Patori P. S. Case No. 279 of 2017 registered under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation made in the first information report and the fact that the petitioner has not appeared before the Court despite of the fact that his properties have already been attached after declaring him absconder, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

However, in case the petitioner surrenders and seeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42959 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
