Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120B of the IPC. Petitioner is not named in the FIR but in course of investigation, it came to light that SIM which was used in demand of ransom in Patliputra P. S. Case No. 40 of 2018 was obtained by co-accused Navneet Saurav who, subsequently, handed over the said SIM to this petitioner. Moreover, the aforesaid co-accused Navneet Saurav has already been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 18.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22834

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM XVI, Patna in Budha Colony P.S. Case no. 51/2018.
