The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 160 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 467, 468, 420, 471, 472 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner is
