In view of above, the order dated 22.6.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.33370 of 2018 stands modified to the extent that in the said order it should correctly be read as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XVI, Vaishali at Hazipur. This modification application is allowed.
