2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Nemdarganj P.S. Case No. 364 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 324(4) of B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the petitioner has knocked down the informant and has assaulted her with danda due to which her finger was fractured and has also received injury on her head.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case. The injury report shows that the informant has received
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67557 of 2025(2) dt.18-09-2025 2/2 simple injuries. Petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and she is languishing in judicial custody since 03.07.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has conceded that the allegation against the petitioner is only that of assaulting the informant with danda.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Nemdarganj P.S. Case No. 364 of 2024.
