The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 325, 354, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides have got injuries. He further submits that both the parties are agnates and there is admitted land dispute. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.05.2019.
