Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No.65 of 2017, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.71 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 05.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6212 of 2018.

It is submitted that the charge has been framed in this case against the petitioner but neither there is any copy of the order showing framing of charge nor any averment made in the bail petition, so this application stands dismissed.
