2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The prosecution story, in brief, is that all the named accused persons including this petitioner were constructing wall on informant's Nana's land. When the informant arrived there and protested, all the them abused him and threatened to kill him.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that specific accusation of firing bullet upon brother of the informant is against Anil Paswan. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is no specific allegation against this petitioner. Similarly

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69695 of 2025(2) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 situated other co-accused persons have also been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 40452 of 2024. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Aurangabad, Bihar in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 71 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
