2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 402 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 356, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is accused of chain snatching.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.07.2022. He further submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72799 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 402 of 2022.

6. The petitioner will visit Bodhgaya Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
