1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Sessions Judge, Samastipur vide order dated 12.06.2024 passed in B.P. No.827 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No.451 of 2023.
