The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2019 in connection with Mejaarganj P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 272 and 273 and Sections 30 (a), 30 (b) and 30 (c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise Act,
