ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2017 in connection with Ayar P.S. Case No.41 of 2017 (S.Tr.No.95 of 2018) registered for the offence under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara.

Considering that the husband has a moral responsibility to take care of his wife and the death has occurred within seven years of the marriage, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, dismissed. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
