2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of Admit Card before this Court, which is kept on record and submits that the petitioner has to appear in 70th (Preliminary) Combined Competitive Examination on 13.12.2024. He further submits that petitioner has one criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on provisional bail for a period of one month on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 218 of 2022.
5. The petitioner is directed to surrender himself on 07.01.2025 in the learned court below and a surrender certificate in this regard must be filed before this Court. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
