2. The petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2017 in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 156 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-B)A, 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-AAA), 26(2), 27(2), 35 Arms Act, Section 3, 4 Explosive Substance Act and 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, and 23 of U.A.P. Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 8 live cartridges and four detonators from the possession of the petitioner who was arrested at the spot. Such recovery however is denied.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands
