Petitioner is in custody in connection with C2-488 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case total 36 liters of Nepali Saufi Wine was seized. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.8.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,
