2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336 (3), 340 (2 ), 61(2), 111 ( 2 )( b ), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 66(c), 66(D) of the Information Technology Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, were involved in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67827 of 2025(2) dt.08-12-2025 2/3 commission of cyber fraud and luring innocent people by promising them loans.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners have been made accused in this case merely on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Anuj Kumar, who was apprehended on the spot. No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of these petitioners. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 03.09.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 59590 of 2025 .

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case , this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Manpur P. S. Case No. 74 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section
