Petitioner seeks bail in Sadar P.S. Case No.359 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

70.50 litres of Nepali liquor is alleged to have been recovered from the auto rickshaw of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 22.08.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about three and half months. Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.
