JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Buxar (Ind) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(A), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has no concerned with liquor seized in the instant case and vehicle used in the said case does not belong to the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in this case in connection with recovery of 311.240 liters of liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2018..

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41159 of 2018(2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-IISpecial Judge, Excise Act, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Ind)P.S. Case No. 93 of 2018.
