2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 240/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 137(2), 96, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 137(2), 96, 65(1), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 4 of P.O.C.S.O. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with other accused person abducted the daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that from the statement of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69138 of 2025(3) dt.18-12-2025 2/2 victim girl, it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner and had gone to Gujarat. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is a man with a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 20.06.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge POCSO- cum- D.A.S.J. VI, Bettiah, West Champaran /concerned Court below in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 240/2025. (Sandeep Kumar, J) tusharika/- U T
