The petitioners seek bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 467 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 32(ii), 38(ii) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and in custody since 20.08.2019.
