Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 04.07.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.15297 of 2017 with direction to the trial court to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of nine months and if the same is not concluded within the stipulated period, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the court concerned. Submission of the petitioner is that cognizance has been taken in this case and the trial has not yet commenced. Heard the learned A.P.P. also.

It appears that due to the negligence of the concerned clerk the case had been sent to the Special Court only on 28.04.2018. Now cognizance has been taken and learned court has

In such view of the matter,I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
