This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62059 of 2018 for extension of time for surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail on 06.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62059 of 2018, but due to severe fever of petitioner, he could not surrender within the stipulated period. Considering the same, let the period of surrender of the petitioner be extended by three weeks from today, in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 231 of 2018, Special

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71847 of 2019(2) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 Case No. 5705 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 1,000/- in favour of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

Rest of the condition as stipulated in the order dated 06.10.2018 shall remain as it is.

Accordingly, the modification is allowed.
