Patna High Court CWJC No.17906 of 2017 (2) dt.26-02-2018 2/2 contained in the resolution dated 25.3.2015, Annexure-1 to the writ petition.

Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to file representation regarding their grievance before the respondent no.5 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.5 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks by a reasoned and speaking order as well as considering the aforesaid resolution dated 25.3.2015.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
