1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Danapur, Patna vide order dated 11.08.2022 passed in A.B.P. No. 2589 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.298 of 2022.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
