The State of Bihar & Ors. ).

2. Learned counsel for the opposite parties invites reference to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties, according to which revised pension of Rs. 1,67,297/-, gratuity of Rs. 11,700/- and also revised leave encashment of Rs. 65, 120/- have been paid to the

Patna High Court MJC No.3473 of 2017 dt.08-04-2019 2/2 petitioner as far back as in 2012 itself. It is therefore submitted that the order of this Court dated 26.09.2012 passed in CWJC No. 12129 of 2012 stands complied with.
