JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 17.1.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1125 of 2019 , by which the conditional bail was granted to the petitioner on payment of 50% of the amount and it has been submitted that the petitioner has paid Rs.50,000/- as per direction but the rest of the amount he could not deposit within time. He is still ready to make one time payment of the rest of the 50% of the amount if some time is granted to him.

In view of order dated 17.1.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1125 of 2019, this application is allowed and the petitioner is directed to deposit the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Other parts of the original order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79382 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 dated 17.1.2019 shall remain intact.

Accordingly, this application is allowed with the above modification.
