2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 130 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498A, 506, 504, , 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry, he along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and ousted her from matrimonial home.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

Petitioner has never demanded the dowry nor torture the informant as alleged. The petitioner is ready to keep the informant as wife with full honor and dignity. Petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2024 having no criminal antecedent. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial of this case.
5. Learned counsel for the informant and the learned APP for the State submit that the informant is ready to participate in the conciliation proceeding before the learned Trial Court.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st, Araria, in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 130 of 2023.
7. Learned Trial Court shall take the steps for conciliation between the parties and both the parties are directed to cooperate in the conciliation proceeding of the case. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) khushbu/- U T
