JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 16.4.2018, seeks bail in Sasaram Agrer PS Case No. 612 of 2018 registered under Sections 366A, 506 and 34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of elopement as the informant's daughter eloped with Raju Kumar, this fact is reflected from the statement made by the girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. who has stated that she married with the said person, the petitioner is relative of Raju Kumar and has falsely been implicated in this case.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Rajesh Kumar @ Rajesh Kumar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Agrer PS Case No. 612 of 2018.
