2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 313 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103, 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3 . As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have killed the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. only on the basis of suspicion . There is no cogent material on record to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence . Petitioner is in custody since

Similarly situated co-accused persons has already been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 18.09.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 64504 of 2025 . 5 . Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts , period of custody and other circumstances of the case , this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna /concerned Court below in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 313 of 2025 .
