2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 89/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2)/ 96 of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, unknown person abducted the daughter of the informant.
4. Though the allegation against the petitioner is quite serious but no one has appeared on behalf of the informant despite valid service of notice.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case.

No.68969 of 2025(5) dt.18-12-2025 2/2 Learned counsel further submits that though the allegation is serious but the prosecution side is accused of killing the grandfather of the petitioner in Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 148/2019. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is a man with a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 29.05.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.
6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO -cumD.A.S.J. -VI, West Champaran at Bettiah/concerned Court below in connection with Chanpatiya P.S.
