2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023 dated 29.05.2023, lodged under Sections 341, 376, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2023 having one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
5. From reading the F.I.R., it appears that the petitioner was in consensual relationship with the victim.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and on absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, the bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.
