On 18.12.2024, the present revision application of the petitioner was allowed granting bail to the petitioner. But in course of signing the aforesaid order, it has come to light that the present revision application is not maintainable and an appeal is required to be filed as per the provision under Section 101(5) of the J.J. Act.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to convert the present revision application into Cr. Appeal (SJ) J.J. Act in course of the day. Since, the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court,
