JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of transfer contained in Annexure-3 which was subsequently modified vide Annexure12.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has represented before the Director, Primary Education, vide Anneuxre-9 series.

Without going to the merit of the case, the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.18884 of 2017 (2) dt.03-01-2018 2/2 is permitted to withdraw with application with liberty to file a detailed representation before the Director, Primary Education. In case, such representation is filed alongwith a copy of this order within two weeks from today, the respondent no.3, the Director, Primary Education, Patna shall examine the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the claim of the petitioner. Such exercise must be completed within a period of sixty days from the date of filing of the presentation.

With the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
