2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 221 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he inflicted Dab blow on the head of the Resham Kumari, due to which he sustained head injury.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and the injuries are simple in nature.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or
