The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018 arising out of Complaint Case No. 2648 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the alleged occurrence took place on 16.09.2018 whereas the complaint has been filed on 17.11.2018 after lapse of almost two months without explaining the plausible delay which creates doubt over the prosecution version. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018 arising out of Complaint Case No. 2648 of 2018.
