Petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2018 in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner only happens to be member of an unlawful assembly and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Moreover, co-accused, Rajendra Singh, having more or less similar allegation has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 36499 of 2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
