The petitioner has been in custody since 13.04.2018 in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35/(1-a) (1AA) of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were made from the house of one Md. Ashraf and the recoveries attributed to the petitioner were not from his conscious possession. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42575 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018.
