ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2018 in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No.64 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. It is further submitted that the present petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the recovery has not been made from his conscious possession, rather the recovery was made from the house of Ram Avtar Sao.

No.39844 of 2018 (3) dt.26-07-2018 2/2 In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of Sri Gorakh Nath Dubey, learned J.M. 1st Class, Sherghathi, District- Gaya, in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No.64 of 2018.
