2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 191(2), 193(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 76, 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, informant Babita Devi alleged that all the accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the informant and her family members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is specific allegation against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71372 of 2025(2) dt.09-10-2025 2/2 petitioner that he assaulted on the head of the informant. Injury of informant is grievous in nature.
