JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 It is the case of the petitioner that his hotel and restaurant has supplied foods in the training programme held under Rajeev Gandhi Panchayat Sashaktikaran Abhiyan in the year 2016 under oral instruction/direction of the then Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Bhagalpur.

A statement has been made in the writ application

Patna High Court CWJC No.21919 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/3 that the petitioner has submitted bills against the outstanding dues of Rs. 5,14,208/- and in one of the letter bearing no. 148 dated 07.06.2018, the respondent authorities has accepted that the bill of the petitioner is available in the file.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Writ Application is being disposed off with a direction to the Deputy Development Commissioner, Bhagalpur-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Bhagalpur (Respondent NO. 5) to look into the grievance of the petitioner, consider the same and in case it is found on due verification that the petitioner has supplied foods and has submitted bills which are available in the file, an appropriate decision be taken thereon within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

In case, the petitioner is found entitled for payment, an admitted amount may be paid within next 30 days, however the verification must be done independently and appropriate decision be taken without further delay. In case, the petitioner is still aggrieved from the action of the respondent authorities in not paying the bills, it
