Petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 39 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The matter is of love affair and victim is a major girl. She was examined under section 164 Cr.P.C. in which the court accessed her age to be 18 years. On medical examination doctor accessed her age to be above 19 years.
