Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 135 fo 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 364, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics merely on basis of suspicion. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is a student and is in custody since 18.04.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66108 of 2019(2) dt.13-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 135 of 2019.
