This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 12-09-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39002 of 2017. It has been submitted that the petitioner could not surrender in the court below in terms of order dated 12-09-2017 due to lawyers' strike in Bhagalpur Bar Association. A prayer has been made to extend the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below, the court below will enlarge the petitioner on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60392 of 2017 (2) dt.03-01-2018 anticipatory bail on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 12-09-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39002 of 2017. This modification application is, accordingly, disposed off.
